on the ticket it showed train no. as 16302 but on the train it was written 16301. this made it confusing

my tkt was cancelled by irctc on their due to their enability of providing me a seat in ac chaircar. for no fault of mine they deducted approx Rs. 150 which is not justified at all as it was not my fault to cancel theticket. I hereby record my protest against arbitrary and forceful deduction of the amount from the cost of ticket which I an entitled to get full refund
