Atleast please serve better tea/coffee. they are horrible...Maggie and Rice are okay, but reduce oil content in them

AC was not working for almost 1 hour between Bhiwandi To Saphale station and was restored thereafter..
Lots of unauthorised vendors caused trouble in pleasant travelling experience by their continuous disturbance

over crowded. General passengers occupied reserved seat, faced lot of inconvenience by kids and senior. Complaint made to railways was not addressed.

Full of unreseved people filling every vacant space. How did the TT allowed these people to travel in a reserved compartment from Mysore to Ajmer. Why no responsibility of TTE and railway POLICE to manage. Shall we file a complaint against INDIAN RAILWAY FOR TOTAL INCONVENIENCE. ALL THE BATHROOM WERE CHOKED.

water not coming properly. TT didn't tell anything to general passenger when they come into reservation coach and disturbed passenger and they slept all over the floor

the train was known to be best for its cleaniss but even in 3rd fell like travelling in a 1980 general compartment.very sad . maintenance is very bad.☹️☹️☹️

pls try to give at least RAC seats to the passengers who r travelling over a night....very corrupted system this is in india....add the bogie ti the train.
