Train quality is bad bathroom are not clear and smelly punctuality it's not coming at right time yesterday also it was late today too food no pantry seems to be in train or the person not giving proper things

Sir,
the sleeper coaches of train no:16188 are Not cleaned And the waste papers are pushed into corner of Upper berths And toilets And overall coaches have a bad smell.please fix so this train will be famous And good train.
And please add some More ac coaches because all times the ac tickets of general,tatkal,premium tatkal are being wait listed.And add some More express trains on this route so all the passengers can get confirm tickets at any time

Shameful that the cleanliness & hygiene standards on the train left much to be fulfilled despite the tall claims of so much progress and improvements being made by Indian Railways.
The waste bin wasn't cleaned even at the start of the journey from Ernakulam. The condition of outdated bogies being deployed on trunk routes of Kerala underpins the neglect that Kerala is experiencing from the Centre where Railways are concerned.

RAC not cleared as per numbers
Despite RAC Berth provided to open ticket with extra payment Unreserved open ticket allowed inside Sleeper reserved coach Sleeping on floor It's a great inconvenience to passengers travelling with reserved. it's forcing passengers to believe why railway is not paying attention to this serious concern of passengers Hope the scenario will change with immediate EFFECT change is possible

It is a poorly maintained train with absolutely no respect for punctuality as well. I am making this assertion from years of experience travelling on this train from Trichy to my home town in Thrissur. The timings are inconvenient to boot. I travelled First Class AC in the recent trip and the coach was dilapidated with poorly maintained toilets. The difference between First AC and Air Fare narrowing down, one should seriously explore the option to fly by Indigo between Trichy and Kochi.

Applied promocode flat4, single rupees is not offered but at the same time Paytm was providing 10% discount. I need the reason
