very bad experience I had a alternative train from LLT Mumbai to mgr Chennai Central and then from Egmore to Nagapattinam all sudden they changed the route no guidance nothing I had to go all the way to catch the train from Tambaram and at the end my ticket was on GNWL which should be confirmed for alternative passanger which was not confirmed and the neither the coustom care help or the ticket checker it was the worst we r indian is just a pledge all is about state neither the ticket collector tried to communicate with us ....

General observation is food served in train and station may be of economic but quality is not upto the private branded hotels. Govt should take necessary steps to ensure affordable at the same time no quality compramise

i booked in takal . and I requested TT to change seat from upper to lower berth becoz my parents above 60 but they didn't support for it .

worst experience in this train travel, he halted for no reason about an hour at thiruvarur station , this train had to reach 3:40 at Nagapattinam but took us at 4:40 only.

We are booked in 3Ac and its shows WL2 And still not conformed in 3Ac and they given second class and continuously they are changing the seats ...its very bad trip for us

I had booked for 2A and was given 3A moreover when TT gave a claim form the person at Nagapattinam ticket counter didn't know how to proceed or what the paper was. I had a loss of almost 500 rupees. how will I get that money back now?

The Best Train .I like very much. I traveled Number of times same Train. But last Week From Vizag to Chennai Cormandal Super past Express Train 5 hours late. Due to tain llate i couldn't catch the Train From Egmore to NGT My Entire AC. 2 tier amount Gone.

Very bad experience because I booked a ticket on Jan 10 for feb 1 & 2 travel (For my father in law and his friends) three persons are above 60 years old, one is above eighty years old. But didn't get even one lower berth all are middle and upper berths. They struggle to travel because of this. Please allotment seats for their age at least

we booked 6 tickets in when it shows available, but 3seats only booked for sjaring. if seats are no available means, then you guys are create a post as seats available, that time u hvae to put this much seats only available. totally disappointed, if its knowing earlier means, i will cancel my tickets and I'd arrange the another source

so late due to train slow ......
No food during night time...
poor cantering service...
slow speed up to 1 1/2 hour later
the train was departure 15 mins late ....

I wish and pray this train reaches Nagapattinam at its scheduled arrival time at least one day. Invariably it reaches one hour behind schedule. The compartments are very old and untidy. Very poor maintenance.
