Not up to the mark
Around 45 min late.
The bathroom was cleaned once (NJP to HWH)
Excessive costly food.
Egg thali priced Rs. 130/- (One pkt rice, dal, veg curry, two egg)

it was nice journey
... but covering total distance & running time is very slow... most of all station train reached before time & take 15-20 mints time which could be more faster in running time.
