train quality not good , most of seats are worn out ,stitched. bedding not tide & clean. food taken from outside vendors ,doubt in hygiene

Excellent service. hand wash may be checked by the cleaning staff of every toilet. at any where in lack may be provided accordingly. pantry food is so marvelous. keep continue this same to raise the railways tag 🔖 to uphold. thank you

There was no train at my boarding station Ambika Kalna. It’s was diverted from Bandel. Why you give us a false ticket. We can not reach our destination, for this irresponsibility. We know from another app where is my train that Kamrup Exp. has been diverted. Now I want to return my money.
