Punctuality is not there at all and i am travelling in h1 coach and then also they are not providing the facilities upto the mark....food is not that good....toilets are meant to be more hygienic and the coach was comfortable to travel....

very unhygienic coach, very poor standard of cleanship and bathroom fittings. people are travelling without ticket and hence so many problem for ticket holder like going to washroom, ventilation etc.

sleeper class turned to general no place to step, people all lying on the pathway. T. T should not have allowed. but T. T is busy making money. horrible situations.. railway plz take this ss a strong feedback. people can't even walk towards washroom full jam pack. horrible situation

The sleeper coaches are full of garbage, everywhere inside the Ally you can see the plastic and packets of the food, especially all the toilets of the sleeper class are so dirty that you can't even enter it, the Wash basin is overflowing ,and last but not the least from all of my jouua

The ugliest experience I ever had. Overpopulated. Dirtiest. No place to sit. No place for luggage. No TTE in the compartment. Passengers sleeping between the berth. The booking clerk also had no sense. More than 5 passengers had the same problem as me. Our two seats were allotted in two different compartments. Many of the other passengers also had the same problem. As a whole railway service is not at all value for money.

Food quality is totally wrost and charging very High price. Indian railway must think about serving good quality food to passenger specially for AC coach.

We are travelling in 2 ac. The maintenance is worst... Toilet look like they are not clean for 2 days... If there is any -minus stars I could have given that.

the worst train... even u book confirmed ticket the people coming from West Bengal occupy all the berths and won't even allow you to get into the compartment... plz don't prefer going insleeper class in this train

carrying at least double passenger than capacity. all foods are over priced tea sold at rs 10 instead rs 7 same for case of lunch n dinner no bills water 1 litre rs 20 by pantry instead 15. no rail neer.
