train was comfortable on the 2 tier and 3 tier good to travel with friends, family, patient, olders, groups, food is fresh but not so hygienic and not tasty others like wash room, water , lights are good 👍

Train ticket 24 waiting m book kya tha mene jo 4 din tak 19 waiting m raha or 1 raat pehle hi Confirm ho gaya na mere paas koi sms call kuch ni aaya confirmation se related then meri train bhi nikal gai totally money waste ho gaya Mera. kyu mere paas koi sms ni aaya confirmation se related ?

No cleanliness, No management, Ac Quality poor, Seat distribution is also not good, I was reserved 3 seats but they given 2 in the starting and 1 at the end, so I was not used my seat bcoz I was travel with my kids.

Travelled in 2AC from Naugachia to Moradabad.The AC coaches are good. Staffs in the coach are well-behaved. But I needed to call to the helpline no. to get the bedroll. I believe, in 2AC getting a side upper seat is the most unfortunate thing that can happen to you. The uncomfortable seats and disturbing sound of vendors will never make you comfortable in there. The train runs late between Lucknow railine. The washrooms are well-maintained and cleaned at every major station. But the only problem is people in day time board the coach without any ticket and block the way.

ट्रैन में sleeper coach भी general की तरह लग रहा था।पुरे मार्ग में गोंडा से डेल्ही तक कोई staff ya TTE नही आया। ट्रैन गोंडा में 2 घण्टे लेट थी जो delhi तक 3:30 घण्टे लेट हो गयी,इस कारण मुझे link journey को रद्द करना पड़ा।। रेलवे विचार करे,

my worst experience of this avadh assam experience this train has so much crowd and in sleeper class there are some people who have entered without ticket from general class worst train worst coach and not a single TTE have not entered in any sleeper coach and not checked ticket we get very troubled while we travel toilet has no water

SLEEPER CLASS ME CONFIRM TICKET HONE KE BAAD BHI MERI SEAT PAR 8 LOG BAITHE THE AUR YE HAAL MERI BIRTH KA NAHI PURI BOGI KA THA .AUR TT SAHAB AAYE BHI LEKIN UNHONE IS BAAT KA BILKUL BHI DHYAN NAHI DIYA .TRAIN QUALITY IS BAD BUT PUNCTUALITY IS BEST

sleeper class ko sbh passanger general ki tra use kr tha.hume complaint dali phr jakr hume 1hour bd apni seat mili,train pura ganda tha hume delhi se jakhal tk traval kiya hai,train me tiolt ke bhar wala naal v nahi chal rha tha ,bht ganda train hai ye.

Passengers are facing problem while traveling in sleeper class and general class because counter waiting ticket has been also allowed to travel. Passengers having waiting ticket should not be allowed to board the train

The train was too dirty and a odour continuously coming untill I complained about it. But after cleaning at delhi station, it again started from jind station. Overall it was really bad experience i had i that train.

Definately the worst train of india......it makes my whole day & night sleepless inspite of that I miss my appointment in AIIMS on the next day due to its havoc late timings......I never understood how would government able to tackle the situation of bullet train when our normal trains are 15hours late in meeting it's schedule timings. I wan't my money back from railway infact needed some extraas also which makes me to make a stay at Delhi one day due to the inconvenience caused & to wait the whole night at outskirts of old Delhi station from 11pm to its 4:30am arrival amidst the cold & blowing winds due to this so called always late or the worst experience train of our indian railways.
