very bad service..There was not water supply in the train . Bathroom was not clean .We all the passengers are very disappointed.

Must be cautious on robbery that happens to and fro every day and time.
Passenger had also life risk while travelling.
sSecurity must be there in every compartment during running.
Frequency of wash room maintenance should be more.

extremely uncomfortable journey. Even first ac coaches are extremely dirty, full of cockroaches. The stairs to climb upto the upper bunk are so narrow that they cannot be used by any average sized human being.

punctuality is very poor.. it stops everytime with unknowing purpose after travelling the siliguri jn. station. it needs to be fixed very soon.

In this train Water service is very poor and no T.T was found throughout the journey and the train not maintain it's schedule time.It's schedule time to reach Siliguri jn was at 10:10 am but it reached at 11:00 am.

very bad quality train in the world, no ttk, no passenger chart, coach are not finding at howrah jn, train started at 11pm, actually right time is 9'55pm, train arrival time at njp is 9'30am but train arrival is 12'30pm,Indian railway just a rabish.
