due to diversion i can not travel in this train and i got to know about it late because I don't let know that by which route it will going so it is not satisfied for me and i had file a tdr hope i get a better result

Train was very dirty....In Naugachiya & Khagariya station, thieves was in train, luggage were never safe, toilet condition was very pathetic....train runs usually late by an hour, pantre car was not there

Very bad.... and TTI is very Rude and he is doing misbehaved with Customers. and not understanding with yatri.. and just for mele , female gender issues .. he take money with customer...1500rs for 2 tickets... only for gender mistake...

the liquid soap in the toilets was not soap it was just a soapy water, so much diluted that you cannot imagine, at every step the game is played by Railway Officials, really shameful, at One End our Railway Ministry is trying their Best to give the Best, while other End is still grabbing Negativity.

worst experience. i will never ever travel in this train again ! i have my college tomorrow and still the train is 8 hours late and I will reach in late evening. the train randomly stops anywhere in between . this train has no respect ! Even the locals run faster than this. Amrapali always gives pass to local trains all the ways. Worst Service. Worst experience. Will suggest everyone to stay at home rather than booking this train . mood off. everyone will have same opinion. Have some routine Amrapali. Gain some respect. Respect the time ! This is all I would Say. Thanks !

i booked a 3AC coach but its look like sleeper coach .. too dirty and service is very poor .. too many passengers in one seat i dont how a TT can allow more that 2 two in one seat .. Worst train coach i ever booked ..

it's the people who are more problematic in such trains. secondly the cleaning staff is lazy too. rest this train is the best in this route. Also, we need more AC boggies in this train.
