The quality of the service is below average. So much to improve and needs a lot of works to be done. It would be really good if train ticket are being checked on the boarding passengers as so many illegal people join abroad and sit on others seat which we have booked and paid for the seat.

I have booked ac 2 tier .... But I have offered ac 3 in place of Ac 2 .... Tc says that there is no ac2 tier available in 15666 .... Very bad experience

Train berth was not good very smelly n lots of insects including bed bugs.

The compartment was clean but the toilet was dirty and the train started as schedule but it was late by more than one hour thirty minute
