Our coach made unwanted sound from the ceiling which was very irritating.Train arrived 3 hrs late and continued to be late 3hrs 10 minutes at its destination
seat number 51 and 52 is very difficult place and we can't travel on this seat because repeated open the door and again again then disturb all time please find lower and side upper seat on the windows 8 and front of gate very difficult c adjust the door
it's was horrible, the train was 13:47hrs delay, Why Railway government running train like this, there was connecting train so...overall INDIAN RAILWAY should think over it or inform to the passengers earlier 1 day...
Really Indian railway what a job. 10 years before it was so easy to get a confirm ticket but now Thank-you govt. for your support. now if get waiting ticket no. 10. it will not get conform and you can't travel too.
No proper sanitation in toilets.
Train late and so much rush in reservation coach also because of people travelling with general tickets and on waiting lists.
Doesn't treat customer well. On asking for a blanket from above, they were telling me about the wrong profession, we do not give blankets to everyone. What's the matter, I am also their employee. What an illiterate recruitment in railways. We get Tripura Sundari, Rajdhani Express, Punjab Mail, and Rishikesh Express for best service and good communication. Will never travel in this train Brahmaputra Express.
toilet is nasty need to clean after 3 to 4 hrs specially ladies matter also think or stop running the train . even toilet couldn't do due to potty were floating full basin and i couldn't forgot this. sometimes I felt bombeting due to smell .
reservation seats value also nothing specific some stopages. the train late only 7 .40 hrs for my destination when you delay the train please declare or msg the passenger when you send PNR no .
Brahmaputra train's toilet is very dirty. in the morning there was no water in the tap. it needs to be improved for passengers.

1st time travel in this train from Patna to Old Delhi. It reached late at destination by 1hr 10min. washroom was very dirty during whole journey. travel only in this train when there is no other options.
