it was really a bad experience the train was 16:45 min late I don't know why the officials of railway are talking of this kind train delay. The aged people in train are so much facing problem because of the delay and over gathering of passengers who are not having proper tickets TTE of the train is just making penalty of such pax and allowing me them seat without thinking about those pax who is having proper tickets and haveing a long journey to go.. there not even a single space in Thë coach so that one can go to washroom. really disappointed

train is totally worth class....not cleaning very well it's also roaming cockroach 🪳 in coachs.... I'm traveling on 21/10/2023 B3 25,26 and 28.... train is totally delayed 3 hours almost....food quality is to low of pantry kitchen.. Pantry kitchen is not hygienic cockroaches are also their so please take the action....

Very bad experience. Train is late for almost 15hrs. Bathroom is not cleaned. No pantry. Staff behaviour is very bad.

train is running on time but their facilities are very bad like that toilet is very dirty and no soap in the toilet

Worst. I left this train because it was 12-13 hrs. late. I came with 15910 train in general ticket. There should be provision of ticket refund if train is too late.

Train was very late.plateform no. keep on changing so it's very difficult to move from one to other. Cleanliness better.
