In 2S class passengers with confirm tickets are not getting seat but without ticket passenger were seated, never book ticket in 2S class

Train ?????? Normally all outdated trains throws to NFR by RM.it is also one of them.I always journey Ac 2 tier but this one is third class.plz at least change the AC course
