people with general ticket are entering the coach and there was a localied from Bokajan station with a general ticket threaten us because my father was sleeping at lower Barth and didn't allow his family to sit .

No TTE was seen.Passengers with 2nd class tickets occupied seats of Sleeper coach.Toilet was too dirty to use.

If the train is late atleast an information should be given to the passengers. There are children, elderly people and patients too who travel through this train. A train being late to 6.5 hours is not at all a small issue.Worst experience ever.

I am not happy with this train journey, i booked this ticket 2 months ago they provide me toilet nearest sit, smell of toilet, its was a hell journey to me
