the train experience was horrible, i couldn't even enter the train to sit on my birth, because of mahakumbh going crowd , people who had reservation even they couldn't enter the train. completely money wasted.

cleanliness to be improved a lot. First class toilets are very untidy. It's like ordinary class. Co passengers need to follow decently. Food we always bring

the water flash not working of the toilet..it's little bit disappointed in there..train quality is good..the clean boy doing his work..punctuality can be improved..but all trains usaliy are late..

The worst train I hve ever seen in my life. I suggest you never travel on this train bcoz they never arrive on time nd never get off you on time. Plzz Indian railway take of this train they really need support

washroom is so dirty. water n urinary flowing towards berth. it's not bearable it's smelling so bad
we told staff about this but no one doing anything n not once TTC come to check.

train toilet not clean. khane se badboo aa rahi thi Khana garm bhi nhi tha basi tha khana safai ka koi bhi dhyan nhi tha non ticket wale bhi ac mai aakar bethe hue the or TT bhi unko kuch nhi keh raha tha yeh abhi tk ka sabse bekar experience raha hai

Water in Toilet block of B7 coach was not available since Siliguri to Mughalsarai. Rest the passengers of SM express in my coach from Bihar.....waao. So much smelly🤢. Sorry to say that but the reality I have faced during whole journey is sharing with you.

लम्बी सफर करना बहुत मुश्किल है इस ट्रैन में

poor show by indian railway interms of punctuality & cleanliness. Railway may pay compensation for mental & physical trauma caused to the passengers by delaying unnecessarily.

Worst journey ever! Will not travel in this train again in future 😡
The train should've come at Kanpur at 1 pm but it came at 3:30 and I should've reached Aligarh by 5 pm. Instead I reached at 9:30 pm😡

This day train 15483 arrive Katihar 5minat late but mobail charging point is not available in cupa only two point in S8 near door . This is urgent things.
