सिवान में हमारी तीनों सीटों पर अनरिजर्व पैसेंजर कब्जा किए हुए थे,और क्षमता से दोगुना लोग थे। वहां से समस्तीपुर तक की यात्रा में बाथरूम में पानी भी नहीं था।

ट्रेन में एसी नही काम कर रहा था और सिवान तक के सफ़र में ट्रेन के बाथरूम में पानी तक नही था लखनऊ में सिकायत करने के बाद कहा गया की गोंडा में पानी भरा जायेगा लकिन गोंडा में भी पानी नही भरा गया

I booked second ac tickets but Ac service was very bad. On request the service man response were also bad.

Very pathetic condition of the coaches. I was in HA 1. There was no water supply.
