a lot to complain abt Indian trains.even abt present jrny train arrived late by 1.30 hr .compartments untidy with cockroaches.Staff is not visible to provide pillow covers too .we adjusted with one short pillow

I Booked my 3rd Ac seat for 1380 but due to not availblilty of seat my seat was waitlisted till the chart prepared and cancelled automatically but the amount refunded was 995. That was not my mistake and my 400 rs goes in vain. Worst management by this app and Indian Railways.

Bakwas आज तक कि सफर की सबसे घटिया इतना late गाड़ी समय पर कवर करना चाहिए लेकिन बार बार रुक रुक कर जा रहा है 2घंटा से ज्यादा का late चल रहा है

very poor to reach destination, because a lot of time expend in between BSB to CPR, so.. result comes as regular late running train.

This train has lot of stops. It was running late. in varanasi the train was on platfom 4. all AC boogies were parked after the platform gets over. too difficult to board. No PANTRY car in this train.

Train terminated prior to destination. For some activities, if it is required, then also Give the message to passengers that they may travel in next suitable train with same ticket in same/similar reservation class.

Time table ka to koi mtlb hi nhi h is train me na hi cleaning ka aur rhi bat food quality ki to pantry car hai hi nhi isme private vendor to ek dm poor quality dege

Railway is making false promise to its customers. Cleaning is good. Many times vendor came and clean the coach. I gave feedback to vendor in its form. The toilet was not too clean.
Timing of this train before Allahabad is good but from Prayag station you will feel the worst experience. I was just near to miss my another train scheduled from Allahabad at 17:45 PM and Saranath Exp reached ALD Jn at 17:30 PM although its actual time is 15:15.
Very bad train in punctuality. Piyush Goyal ji Please do some thing.
