One and a half months ago I had booked tickets to go home for Chhath Puja. And I was given both the tickets as RAC. That too the seat near the toilet. There was a very foul smell and a lot of dirt in the train and I had to travel very badly. We remained awake the whole night. What was the use of booking tickets 2 months in advance.I want to complain about this to IRCTC. Indian Railways is in a very bad condition and their service is very bad.

overall bad. Indian railways in bad shape. No class of any kind. bad toilet bad bedding sets; bad smells.; poor and always delay. only media hipe through some special trains. pls correct and improve your self

Below Standard & unhygienic water bottles are sold by IRCTC Vendors, when asked for Rail Neer he Replied Rail Neer is not available.
Berth no.7 of S-6 was occupied by a person who was having unreserved ticket, Not a Single checking staff was their to check.

बहुत ही घटिया मेरा पैसा बेकार हो गया। टिकट तो करवा लिया परन्तु 7 घंटे देर होने के कारण मैने सफर नहीं किया।

Running time very loose after that no chance to late, but always one- two hours minimum late it should be minimise .

Punctuality is so good,but cleanless are very poor some staff were came and clean only furce fast he nt clean toilets.
