Due to railway work train running 4.00 hr late. It's a punishable for passenger. Harrash to all, please gave information then we will decide about traveling. But there is no way we are in train now, and train late above 4.30 hr.

Yesterday was my worst day of traveling with Indian railways.Althogh i already had my reservation in 2S/GN.I booked a sheet from confirmtkt. When I reached at my coach D5 i find it was a general coach.When it was i general coach then why did you book my sheet on online.Coach was full of crowd without any tickets.I can't even move my body a few inch to.I have to sit in the gallery.Coach was full of lots of luggage, stink ,smoke of cigarettes and with extreme crowd.Toilets were full of sits.
I request you please do not confirm my sheet for such kind of trains.
Please remove the tag express from these train too.
I hope you are working for better India and you will take action against it.
