very bad food quality kindly improve food quality many pesengers are buy food Chinese item and extra that was not good kindly avoid for dirty food provide by pesengers
trains seats are not comfortable D1 coach two sets are crecked keep repaird this by railway because we buy tickets on money so keep better railway service
train running good little bit late reached from every station
keep looking this metar and improve railway services

Train came late to my destination. Again so many beggars came in every 10 min and touching on shoulder for money. TTE not came to check the tickets. Anybody was sitting anywhere.There was no use of Reservation of tickets/seats. Washroom was smelly. Door to be fitted at entry gate. No security no safety. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT AT EVERY CORNER

The chairs in the train were bad, the food items were all bad, there could be disease, the train staff allowed people to leave without tickets.

Toilets mainly western should be cleaned more times daily as so many passengers travel in 2nd Ac nowadays. Pls help in having a clean Toilet.
