Worst ever experience as in Sleeper boggie in reservation class only One TTE is coming in 22 hours of Journey .What they are doing apart from there job and huge rush is there all General classes people sit in Sleeper Reservation class and huge traffic and congestion there.TTE on that stance must be taken action but they comes out for money ...What Government do I don't know but TTE and Indian railways responsible for that only .

Before 1 Month I book my tickets from Phagwara to basti in sleeper class ,
on the journey day tickets confirm in from of RAC here not any problem.
problem is at this time sleeper class similar to general couch many passenger come without tickets and occupied the confirm tickets sheets and maximum passenger are without tickets this is problem please solve it TT also commersion Khor

bahot jyada bheed hai hai Ac coaches me bhi... bina reservation wali public hai isme.. train BE tak to time se aayi lekin uske bad to rukti aayi. lko me hi 2 ghante late aayi hai... aage iska bhagwan hi malik hai ki aage kitna late hogi

very poor train services in sleeper class not good because general passenger enter in heavy nos, so plz look this matter urgent basis, I am today travel and my family S3 and S4 coach

EXPERIENCE WAS OVER BAD.. Kindly avoid travelling in Shaheed exp.. While travelling in this dont expect punctuality.. No pantry available inside train

Train is not upto the mark.Its dirty and specially sleeper class is full with ticketless travellers and people who has a confirm ticket doesn't even have a place to sit.Im not happy with the Indian Railways.

This very bad experiance, Because there is no punchuallity and cleanness of this train. So that my suggestion is that, kindly improve the service as well as punchuallity of the train.

Train is usually late and gets cancelled in Winter's. Not the best train to travel on this route. Never plan this train if you have a scheduled meeting / connecting train or flight

Train quality is really so worse...water issues...blanket and pillow not provided....and they are charging 100 rs for bedsheets only....this ac coach is looking like general coach....

Train was late by 30 min only on my destination.& That should not be considered as late.bogies were old but good.no charging points.food vendor came at 3:00 pm that is the time for snacks.

Cleaning is very bad & security is also not proper one passenger came &replease my seat please take action for this type difficults. My seat no. Is S4 71& 72.

The watertap of latrine was leakingfrom the start point ASR in B-1 coach and informed attendant and TTE but no action taken Hence water exhausted in midnight and you may imagine the problem of passengers.
