I booked 4 seats 25 days ago. still only 1 seat allotted to me & my family which includes my old mother & father.
The entire railway is responsible for this, how they manage the seats.

My train journey from Udhampur to Chandigarh in AC 2 tier was a bit challenging. From the moment we left the station, the train experienced constant jolts and "jhatke," making it hard to relax. Each acceleration and deceleration was marked by sudden movements, reminiscent of a roller coaster ride.
While the AC compartment was comfortable and the food service decent, the relentless jostling overshadowed the scenic views outside. However, I found moments of camaraderie with fellow passengers, which added a unique touch to the journey.
In summary, despite the comfort of AC 2 tier, the bumpy ride made for a memorable yet uncomfortable experience. I hope my next journey is smoother!

bad experience
actual time from svdk 16.40pm to 3.10am (next day)
but
train delay 9 hour
train departure from svdk 21:00 pm and reach at umb ambala 12.30 pm on next day
total time in journey 15 hours and 30 minutes very bad 😞

Train more than 1 and half hour late from start station katra and more than 3 and half hour late to Chandigarh ,Due to which I missed my train to Bandra(Mumbai). And more over no refund could be initiated after chart prepared.

Bad and Poor quality food.. food Was too much Cold.. Dinner quality very low ... food supply from the vendors those appoint from irctc...

We didn't even get a seat for whole night. IRCTC should think about it and some reserved seats for the people who take tickets at the counter and do not cancel them, no matter whether it ended up on WL.

Very dirty and toilets were in dilapidated conditions since we boarded and no water. On the note of punctuality it was even worst.
Alot of improvements are required.

people with gen ticket were travelling in reserved coach. washroom were not clean, no sweeper seen in whole journey

worst travel of my life train is late nd the window should not be properly close, wash basin was choked...... very bad....
