We missed our train because till 0035 your app showed train late by 2hours & then suddenly at 0045 it showed train late by 03min. Could not file for refund also as it said status will be updated after 48hrs. Unreliable App

most unscheduled train of India. Always running late even though it takes maximum time to complete journey.Horrible experience always make this train a last priority.

Train was really very late and AC is not working properly....Very bad experience and I would make sure that next time I'll never travel with this train.

Train is pathetic. I was in AC1 but it looks like a 3rdAC. Charging point was not in a good position . Worst train ever
