ONLINE TICKET BOOKING APP IS NOTHING BUT A HARASSING AFFAIR, SINCE 4th of May every class in Train No.14229 from Prayag Sangam to Najibabad showed Waiting, resulting in cancellation of W1 in second AC and the trying for tatkal, again showing waiting, again cancellation, again booking at higher premium, this resulting to a financial loss of 1000 Rs. for booking and cancellation. And when I boarded the train,, I finally was shocked and amazed that from boarding to destination station, The AC three and AC 2 coach was having enough of empty seats, but alas after paying Tatkal I was offered just RAC Against the whole blank birth.
I wonder this online gimmick is not only harrasing it is also causing loss to the passenger as well as to the State revenue.
which can be termed as financial mismanagement and in simple terms a fraud and leading corruption and cyber cheating.
