The train is very good but many people, around 70 in number, board the train at Ghaziabad, Delhi, get down at Hapur and force the passengers to sit on their seats, this is their daily work.

wash basins have no drain pipes in the coaches and windows glasses are not cleaned . During running time train stops long time 8n the middle of the ways . I think there are no to Observe the coaches sincerely.

एस 2 में सीट नंबर 7 पर कुछ असामाजिक तत्व आकर बैठे थे आर पी एफ वालों ने लखनऊ से पहले ही उनको डांट के भगा दिया जनरल टिकट लिए हुए थे। कुछ चोर प्रवृत्ति के थे।

In this root almost trains are late, there is no halt duration limit at any local stations. if you can not move, halt at least at any big station and toilets are too dirty even there is no water. too shameful. and food, that is not available

Cockroaches were there all over the place.could not sleep during journey....dirty bedsheets as well.worst train journey..it was nightmare traveling in this train... horrible!!

Train schedule didn't not update on website. No sms sent to me that train is diverted, from anand vihar terminal to faizabad instead of from Delhi to faizabad. SMS sent to me that train is cancelled between Delhi to ghaziabad. It will depart from source station ghaziabad while it departed from anand vihar terminal

Train is good for faizabad. to delhi passanger but punctuality is not good no gurantee to catch next train from delhi

Berth should be allotted at the time of preparing chart. Lower berths must be allotted to senior citizens first thereafter to ladies and finally to others

staff behaviour good .
but one bug problem gaziyabad to hapudh local people disturb passenger one request that plz change time.

Ac is off in night I don't know why they off or slow ac in nyt I experienced it many times in many trains
Why ppl chose ac when they can't tolerate it
