Due to the inefficient Rail System the train got delayed by 2 hours between Bhadohi and Varanasi.No food available.There were foreigners in the train.What impression will they carry about I ndia?

Departure time was 7.00 AM but the train came to the platform by 7.15 AM & departed at 7.45 AM. Late starting from the originating station itself and another 45 min during travel. Reached on 3.00 PM instead of 1.30 PM scheduled. Chair Car coaches are very old ones and uncomfortable as compared to other trains. No on board food or beverages. Bad experience.
