multiple vacant berths but tte did not allocate them to rac ticket holders and also did not let them take these seats. multiple seats are empty and rac people crumpled in single seats

As a Prestigious Train Mussoorie Express connecting State Capital to Country Capital however the Coach are a very old model even Linen provided in third AC Coach poor category.

ट्रैन जब भी स्टार्ट होती थी, हमारी बोगी बहुत ज़ोर से झटके देती थी, हाथ में चाय या पानी है तो पूरा नीचे गिर जाता, खड़े हुए आदमी का बैलेंस बिगड़ जाता कुछ तो भ टेक्निकल फाल्ट है।

Worst quality of seating and washrooms, not at all on time... Late by self and early to move from platform with... Wrong n incomplete information by stations..... On time

Much time is wasted in joining 3 boggies, after that less time is there too board, people have to run towards their coach

A/C was ineffective. was informed to the. Hand towel was not given. Train started late and reached late by TWO hours.

I have already given my views from other phone. Plus, The Railways are doing good job. The difference between previous years and recent status is CLEARLY VISIBLE.Please keep it up with special ATTENTION on CLEANLINESS in general and SPECIAL ATTENTION ON TOILETS.

I had booked tickets before 20-25 days ago and my Booking stetus was 41and42rac and 1 passengers was 1 waiting but Wich day I have been traveling my current stetus was rac63-63 and 1 passenger was RAC 55 so I dislike it...... 😡😡

Very poor seat of sleeper class , very dirty , mosquitoes are in compartment , toilets are very poor quality .

No Pantry available in Train, The Cleanliness is very poor. No water in washroom and train was also very corowded . all General category passenger entered the reservation.
