I requested to turn on AC from Raxaul but they didn't becouse of in the train there weren't many people. They turned on AC from next morning when many people came. so my point is they should to turn on AC on the time even there are no more people.

train punctuality is very poor. eska ticket nahi lena chahiye. es train me time ki koi value nahi ha

i was in AC coach even there the cleanliness was so poor that i have to complaint for cleaning the coach and toilets, and about punctuality of the train the i would suggest if you have lots of free time then only choose this train as average delay time of this train is 7-8 hours or even more. i would suggest that opt for split train route then this train.
