The staff of the train were too negligent in maintaining the hygiene of compartments and toilets.It needs to be taken care of by the senior officers.

Train Quality was so bad after complaining about the water problem solved in the train. The towel was missing from the packet of blanket. All the staff were polite and the behaviour was satisfying.

lichchavi sleeper class feels just like general category.. total chaos in sleeper compartment.. those who have reserved births are harrassed by travellers who have waiting tickets and people with general tickets too enter in sleeper category without any hesitation and harass other people. what i have seen over the years is that TC dont do their work properly.. it should be railways responsibility to make sure non ticket holders or general ticket holders dont enter sleeper class.. specially in bihar

train was disastrous dirty, caterer sells duplicate mineral water, rpf takes bribe from local vendors, TTs letting everyone in irrespective of their ticket status inside reserved bogies. overall pathetic experience.

Boggie of train was not clean and toilet was smelling bad ...seat of berth no 52 S12 was in worst condition even stiches berth cover.

delay by 10-12 hours. not punctual in winters.
other wise good as compared to other superfast trains.
even bedroll provided with towel without asking on person to person after boarding. in other trains you didn't find this service.

need a better attendants with good quality food and services shld be given or bought only when the passengers got the printed slip so that no extra money moves to the contractor's hand.
