कैपिटल एक्सप्रेस में स्लीपर कोच को जनरल कोच बनाया जाता हैं। पेसेंट के साथ सफर करते है तो लगता ही नही है कि स्लीपर कोच में सफर कर रहे है।

Ist AC Coach was halted at my destination Bagdogra Railway Station far end
of platform and it was difficult to drag luggage to the station on badly damaged platform concourse there and caused luggage wheel to get damaged.

train punctuality as well as coaches are ok but unnecessary passengers comes in reserve compartment, his reason too many face trouble in the journey and it's horrible experienced,and one thing railways staffs behavior is good in front of me but when book our complained to some coach problem they don't taken any action while I booked on division level from phone

The train is very good,but slipper coach are general coach..no any response by train staffs for this..Anyone one can
travel in the slipper coach by take a general ticket.And it is very shameful..I am really hurted for the reason.

The condition of the coach is miserable,several unauthorized passengers were in the compartment and tte was busy to earn money from them,all passengers were in fear whole night for their baggage to be stolen

No charging point in 2A coach..Not satisfied for the services.staff behaviour was average.
