the sanitation is worst all the toilets in the sleeper class are dirty and don't have proper facility to flush and jet spray .

The food quality is not good because when I purchased maggi inside the train it is very bad quality so I request don't purchase any thing from train because train food is harmful for us.

This train is not that much punctual.
As compared to other trains this train is always running late.And the schedule departure of this train from kota is 18:10 but this train will always depart late from kota junction.

worst train ever in life I have experienced stopping at every stop where the spot is not given. running 8 hrs late I missed my 2 train due to it's late running time..

Cleanness is pathetic. No attended is visible. There is water leakage in the compartment. Toilet is dirty. I am in A/2 coach of the train bearing seat no. 49,50 with my wife from Mathura junction.

Mujhe bahut acha lga aap aur problem ye hai jab hum tatqal ticket karte hai tab sheet show nhi hoti hai ki tq.ya confrm hai waise bhut hi acha aap hai pyment bhi bhut fast hota hai aur ticket bhi jaldi mai bhut khus hu

Perché non provate a dare cibo piu sano come del riso nei vostri treni? Il riso è economico leggero e sempre buono con molte varianti, apprezzato da tutte le etnie presenti nei treni. Grazie

It was on right time UPTU Tundla but reached Varanasi 4.45 hrs late. The same train was late by 9.30 hrs on 14 SEP 18. No food ordered.

I was trying to cancel my ticket becoz train was late so we have to choose other options
but the app was not cancelling my ticket.
also the irctc app was not fetching the ticket cancelling details.
so by this app no more cancellation only booking

Train is twenty hours late.There is no water in the coach .Mobile charging point is not in the coach.Think how passengers are realising .Please arrange water supply in the coach immediately .I think there no responsible person in the train.So please do needful.
