worst experience in first ac, you have only one toilet working western toilet was field with water and stinking after complaining the attendent said every thing seems clean and tidy for him, best part it's always ajoy ride for loco pilots and all second class/ first class coah attendents as they enjoy in vacant cabins and keep shouting all the time.

1. Curtains are not free to move
2. Bathroom cleaning is not up to standard
3.Very low quality of handwash used in toilet it seems like floor cleaner liquid mixed in water.

Indian railways tho foods or bathroom ke naam se baddnam hai jab sarkar ne railway bech he diya hai tho jisne khrida hai abhi tk q nahi thik diya photo kyse upload kre q bathroom me tatti kr ke chl gya tho tho ham tatti ka photo upload kre jis thrha se ticket ka pisa lete ho tm log wese he sab facility hona cahiye

Electricity charging board was nit workin i have to raise complaint several times when train reach to maharashtra the supply started and all passenger was.facing same problem to 12 to 15 hour

Very bad experianc in terms of coach managment.., berth facilities. , very poor quality off bedsheet pillows... Blankets are not avialable.. Worst experainc. Very bad facilities are provided in 2AC.

I was not traveled with this train bcz.it was so delay i.e.2.0hrs late than it's scheduled time.
due to that I can't wait for same train so I was left that train & m traveled my next journey through another available train with UR ticket.Bcz I had some important work at further particular timing at that day.
So my request is that is it possible to refund my booked ticket fair ?
where should I apply for that ?

everything was good.but when we book 2 seat.then we should get it joint next to each other.we should not get it in different row or different seats.this should be upgrad for better conform of the people.

there happened a case of emergency with a lady passenger by heart attack but there was not firsted service in train .and TTE have not walkeetakee for informe to guard .no GRP available in train.due to above reasen that lady died.. it was so bad experience in my journey.

I guess railways used retired coaches for this train! The AC of B2 was also not working. Needless to say that all blankets were purchased like 100 years ago but were not stinking atleast....
