While the train service was decent in terms of punctuality and overall comfort, I was highly disappointed with the food service. Unfortunately, all the food items I received were not tasty at all. It was surprising how such basic meals could miss the mark entirely. The quality of ingredients, preparation, or perhaps even the menu itself could use serious improvement.
I hope that steps are taken to enhance the taste and quality of food served to passengers, as it plays a significant role in the overall travel experience.

train not coming to platforms... not a good jearny.The correct time did not come to the platform and the train time did not come to the platform my journey was very difficult and I had to pay extra money or fare to come from kumarghat by car.So return the money

sir, jab koi train ticket 2 ya 3 ek sath le na to ek hi Dabba de ise pareshaani thoda kaam hoga, ap log kisi ko S4 me dete hai to kisi ko S6 me aisa naa kare, apse niwedan hai.

It's a very punctual train, and the coach was neat and clean, but there was no TCE inside of the train, so the passengers were smoking inside of the train and the normal passenger get a chance to travel without any ticket. Indian Railways have to improve.

people without ticket continuously harrassing the people in reservation coach,it's seems like we are travelling in general, no guards are allotted here

TTe are taken bribe from unreserved ticket holders and allow them in DL1. Thats why the DL1 became very conjusted.. and the toilet also very dirty and next to impossible to use..

no Tc, all non reserved passengers were getting in and Tc allowed them with extra money... even reserved compartment was overcrowded. , local hawkers we're misbehaving. when we tried to speak to the customer care executive at 139 for lodging complain, the executive said he will not write a complain.we have to search the TC and complain their. there were no Tc on that train. very bad experience.

no. i am not satisfied with your service. because i hv cancelled this PNR ticket one week before but till now the has not refund. so, if the customer cancelled its ticket then where he will go unless you take effective steps to prompt refund the customer's money. to get the good feedback of your service, your service must be a good one and then a good feedback can be expected.

Train was around 2 and hour late it was supposed to be on Guwahati station at 4:10 4:30 but it reached there around 6:30 so it was totally frustrating another thing the toilet of ac 2 tier was horrible even there was no jet spray and it was not clean as well i expected it much more cleaner

The train reached well before the time at destination but the food quality of the train was not good. Food quality was also rubbish.

Leg space of CC is horrible condition. Insufficient size of seats for three person in CC.Venders jam the bathrooms with luggage. No RPF is found to prevent them.
