The service of this train is very bad. Bathrooms of this train are not clean , security is not proper, some people who doesn't book the proper ticket got into the sleeper compartment and disturb the passengers.

Today in 1st class AC comp of Gour express , there are rats and cocroaches. It was very very bad experience and horrible night. It was also happend in 2A comp previously. My humble request to IRCTC pls look into the matter and work on the clealiness.

Seats are not in good condition in ac 2 tier..bathrooms are very much dirty.. gour express become now like passenger train.. unsatisfied ..

the general ticket holder board the sleeper comparment, tte checked but rpf and tte did not able to vacate them, and whole night the group of general ticket holder disturbed whole night. rpf did not took any action.

very poor service......... punctuality is not applicable for railway.......... fooding quality as it's when railway started......... very poor
