the train is changed his destination station from dakhineshwar to koaa,not arrived at sealdah today...and IRCTC won't inform that kind of shedule at all...worst hospitality by Indian railways...

the timing of this train is so good and almost running in correct time but rake quality is so bad, it is better to upgrade from ICF rake to LHB rake

my ticket has wl 1&2 but upto 11.34 pm not give rsc too. Must be cheak on the railway department and tc activity.

This train does not have pantry car. The condition of the 2AC Compartment is very worst. Cleaning staffs and attenders are nice.

अगर कोई passenger का स्टेशन मिस हो जाये और वो उतर ना सके तो वापस उस स्टेशन आने के लिए क्या नया टिकट खरीदना पड़ेगा

seat was uncleaned and full of dust.Toilet was not so good.Bad smell around there.I am disappointed as a ac 3rd class passenger.

A family with a dog was travelling in the same 1Ac cabin with my family........I want to ask the indian railway ministry that how can a family with a dog have the permission to travel in the same cabin with another family......I was travelling from njp to sealdah......my train was 13150 kanchankanya express on 5th March 2020. My seat was in coach HA1 , cabin B , Pnr no. 6439744840

The bed sheets were not washed and dirty. one could make out that from the wrinkles that passenger's used bed sheets were put in brown paper packet.

Condition of coach was not good.Toilet was not neat& clean. Shutter of sleeper class was keptopen which created disburbance during night.

It is running 2- 3 hrs late from the beginning. I think it is the quality of indian railway i.e you can stay maximum time with less fair.

The train arrived almost 100 minutes late which created lot of problem because we had to catch Duronto express from Howrah it was terrible experience
