washrooms and compartments at SL are very dirty and a fowl smell was roaming around there, water taps are not working properly, insufficient water

confirm ticket prediction was failed. it's showing before one month from booking,the confirmation chance is 93-95%. and at the date of boarding I got WL ticket which is failed to provide me a single seat.

don't allow outsider food person inside ..2nd tier washroom not bio..shame 3 tier coach more than good than 2 tier coach..wastage of money .always asking money during leaving train house keeping staff..are they not paid enough..this is not good

Windows are not close in this train at this winter time... Poor quality of maintenance of this train by Indian Railway...Very disappointing experience faced at journey time..

AC 1st (HA1 cabin) class has to be upgraded, though there's no real complaint but with new age the boogie could be upgraded as passengers are paying the fare.

Reservation protocals are not firmly maintained.Many passengers are travelling and getting in reservtion coach with any Permission ...this is very annoying.

It is always late while boarding from AUB. Punctuality should be maintained. Commuters occupy reserved seats from SDAH, Bidhannagar Road, Dakshineswar. It has almost become their right.

stuck at sebok station for 1& half hour for train engine problem. had to board another train to reach NMZ..

Least prefered train. No pantry and the number of 3AC Coaches should be increased considering the passenger rush.

I think digital india is made only in plans and papers not in reality.. First priority sud be given online booking but its very sad to say i hav very journey todat due to not confirmation of my booking.
