I have book my 2nd ac howrah to Gaya express train from boarding at howrah to SAINTHIA it is very bad experience in my life my seat is not cleaning and scend think is washbasin is not cleaning and no tisu paper is available hare in my coach washbasin this is very Rong, i have no photo picture and video also others wise I will send pictures and video also place flow this mistake others wise same problem face other pesengers also place note down ,

this train is running same like Local train, and General passengers seeting in the Sleeper coach, No any Police or TT available in Sleeper coach to throw outside without ticket peoples

I have not tried the food, I am quite sure that the pantry was not functional during the night, cos co-passengers ordered food from outside. Toilets were very dirty and never cleaned since it started it's journey. By the grace of God water was available for the whole journey. This is the time when I feel the unnecessary and overburden of vande Bharat express.

In this train there is no problem security implemented I was traveling with my sister and a chain snatcher came to her and try to snatch it from his neck it was too dangerous and risky for her life also if something got happened then who will be responsible for this things and many other passengers are complaining that there purse and there stuff was missing it was theft I think this issue must be resolved I request you to do something unless it will be more risky than now next time I hope you understand something

local passenger were traveling without ticket in ac class. and no one was their to stop them. Normal passenger were facing problem. kindly look into it .

Everything is horrible in this train. Rats are roaming inside the A1 coach. Bathroom was not clean.Beds given without towel. Space of the berth are not sufficient for tall people. In a word it's a horrible journey in my life.

no TT , or police came after Lakhisarai junction.... the whole 3rd AC is occupied by unauthorised passengers with no tickets... AC is turned off.

Train was cancelled without any information, no communication or call pick by railway authorities. Feel very bad.

Very poor performance and. local people from bhagalpur occupied berth in AC coach. so very difficulty faced. NOT OF GUARD AND TT PRESENT ....

During Travel I can't take my seat. No TT, No Coach Attendent, No Security Found. Without tkt passenger seating my seat.

Not good because... i have got Rac ticket. TT has taken the extra money to confirm the ticket.. There is no rules for taking extra money from Rac passengers.
