Unfortunately for me, even after purchasing the ticket two months in advance, I did not get confirmed berth for my family. With my family this holiday planned for Ayodhya, Haridwar and surrounding, but for you and your mother company we didn't enjoy the trip. Our family completely frustrated to your system. We forced to cancel the total trip. For that we not only loss money, we losses our mental peace. Shame to Indian Railway and IRCTC.

worst train I have ever seen two times experience always late we are standing in jwalapur from last 1 hour 4 km away from destination station no water in the train from last 18 hours

More than 36 hours are taken by train to reach Dehradun. If you add 3 to 4 hours delay taken by this train it becomes 40 hours. It is shameless on the part of railways that no pantry is attached and occasionally vendors come to book for lunch and dinner at selected stations. For Tea and snacks one has to depend on street type vendors where quality is at risk. Rakes are very old and linen supplied is used one by passengers. This train is running since the time of britishers and hundreds years old.

No cleanliness.
4.00 hours delayed.
No water in toilets.
Unreserved passengers were traveling in 2nd AC.
Uncontrolled temperature of A. C., neither attendant nor TTE was taking care.

very bad experience as train late by 7 hours no any food quality no any catering offered in train I have traveled with my 2 little children they suffered lot I don't think I will travel again on doon express very very bad train and time

needs to improve the punctuality in overall (not only this one but all of the trains of IR). after everything the train is for journey and journey means to be on time

For express train stop should be at least after 50 Km or after 45 min. Doon express is too slow and sometimes it stop gor next station at just after 15 min

A.c. problem,Not Clean coach and exhauster fan absent in Toilet,Coach condition is very bad.All This give marvelous and memorable experience.

Coaches required maintenance, cooling is not sufficient in day time. Started with 3 hours delay from source station. Not having pentry car.

Very Bad Experience.
Train starts from origination after 1 hr 30 mnts late and to reach just 700 K.M the train gets delayed by more than 5 hours.
All other trains on same route is going fine except this one. So no problem relating to track, weather etc . then why so much of delay.
