Reservation coach ( Sleeper Class) became a general coach.No difference between general coach and reservation coach.TTE don't take any initiative those who are not reservations. TTE from Lucknow station take initiative to remove the non reservation passengers.
IRCTC vendor sold different companies drinking water and not sailing the Railway neer and they are also taken above printed price of cold drinks and other food products.
Please taken action against the same as mentioned above and do the needful.

I have completed the ticket submission and ticket was confirmed but after chart prepared my ticket got cancelled

there is very rust of train.
why are Indian railway given waiting ticket and waiting list passengers allowed in sleeper coach. and also why are TTE making tickets on platform due to just running train. it is very poor quality of railways system and failure of railways system.
why are not arranged to more trains during session train of peak time.
please i humble request to railway management, why not solutions of this waiting list.
i am attached the picture of condition running train coaches, passengers how go to washroom and other issues during travelling.

Train quality is average..
Cleanliness must be maintain either in the coach aur in washroom. Train punctuality is most important...I thought that Railway needs improvement.

food quality is ok but staffs are not sincere in services eg.one night I placed order for one Cup noodles but didn't not serve nor informed me about non availability.

bogies no04284NE is very old . and no charging power on and fan switch is breaker. this bogies scrap . when I paid full fair the facilities give your respond

the coaches we travel was very old.there was no mobile charging point, bathroom was in pathetic condition.unreserved passengers travel all along us,we complaint to TT and rail police but they don't look after that matter.

Most of the time gets delayed. Always available in emergencies .But not punctual in timing. Prefer only when other options are not available and you have a lot of time to reach your destination.

REALLY DISGUSTING JOURNEY.
IT HAD TOO MUCH LATE TO REACHED DESTINATION.
MY VALUABLE TIME SPEND OUT WITH TRAIN.

I have not seen anything change in train still everything is bad food charge are taking 150 rupees per plat simple vegetarian food even rate list is around 55 rupees. We are hopeless with railway service.
