i bought two tickets by paying Full fare. i got one seat. half for my wife and half for me. also it was difficult for travel with a two year baby. coach was full with waiting list people. overall bad experience.

आज मैं १३००५ ट्रेन से DDU पर उतरा हूं। ट्रेन को जिस प्लेटफॉर्म पर ठहराया गया था वह बहुत छोटा है। जिस कारण मेरा बोगी B5 platform के बदले रेलवे ट्रैक पर था। हम लोगों को बोगी से रेलवे ट्रैक पर उतरना पड़ा। मैं एक सीनियर सिटीजन जिसे इस तरह रेलवे बोगी से उतरना पड़ा एक रिस्की था और खतरनाक भी है। उतरते समय हादसा भी हो सकता है।क्या रेलवे को यह मालूम नही है कि रेल को इस तरह प्लेटफार्म पर ठहराना नही चाहिए। हादसा होने पर जिम्मेदार कौन होगा? मुझे रेलवे से यह अनुरोध है कि ध्यान देंगे।

train ki window se bahot hawa aa rahi thi window apne aap upar chali jati hai,train me print rate se jyada paise lete hai jaise ki chips 20 ki hai to 25 ki tede hai water bottle 15 ki hai use 20 ki dete hai

can you imagine that a train awaiting clearance is made to wait in the Outer for 2 hours?
It really happened in this case. we were delayed by 2 hours due to this. Person responsible for this must dealt with.
second point is that it was so embarrassing to notice that unreserved passengers creat problems here also. They stand near the toilets, block the area for toilet users and other movers. TTE s are habituated to turn a blind eye to this issue. It seems that it is not seen as a problem at all.
What's all this mess. All our remarks are being actioned and sent a proper reply to the complainer?
That day l will think that Railways is a good and dependable service.
Kindly make these responsible people work for what they get for doing this. Every employee of Railways must be made accountable for these lapses. CHALTA HAI must not work.

toilet was not clean properly. bedrolls are not available when i ask for bedroll then attendent was bring it for me after half an hour. ac was not working properly

Train is satisfactory.
I reached Bareilly timely.
only thing which needs improvement is the cleanliness in the toilets.

i hope this is not a express train, it is a passenger train, local passenger also travel with reservation bogy, it's in day and night. toilet are also dirty.

Train got late by 30 minutes, the Distill Water Quality has improved, Vendors are Selling "Rail Neer", that's a Good Sign.
The Quality of Hand Wash is not Good & seems to be Very Dilute.

The Train got diverted from Asansol via Gaya station.
It pained alot & tried to cancel counter ticket online but failed. I completed my journey with another ticket purchased from Pirpainti station to Lucknow by Train no. 13483.
On reaching LKO tried to cancel my 13005 train ticket, the supervisor denied & did not get refund.
Very bad experience

I BOOKED MY TICKET FOR 12 JUNE FROM BAREILLY CITY TO ROORKEE BUT AT LAST MINUTE I CAME TO KNOW THAT TRAIN WAS CANCELLED.
I COULD NOT BOOK TICKET ON ANY TRAIN AT LAST MOMENT.

No difference between Sleeper and General class coaches ,
TT took a fix 50rs charge from passenger's who don't have a valid ticket .. means what is this ?
