सफाई का अभाव सीट पुरानी हो गई है हे गाड़ी को अभी तुरत रूट छे हटा देना चाहिए दरवाजे ठीक से बंध नही हो रहा है
गाड़ी पुरानी हो चुकी है अब बदलना चाहिए

Got irritated.... stopped the train minimum 10-15 time on outer space by that got late by 1 hour already our journey was of 15 hours in that one more hour extended...frustrated by the journey

train was good, cleanliness is good, but food was not as expected, a bit of low quality food served, so please buy food from home as there was no pantry in train. else mobile charging sockets are the +point.

Completely starved since Nagpur.
All the charging points are not charging with loose plug holes.
Even the food order option does not serve the purpose.
