Great Train, punctuality is a hassle for some Station it abruptly stops and refuse to continue on time (e.g. Kanpur CTL., Prayagraj etc). The delay is too much on these.

this train get used to be late, iski aadat ban gya hai late hona. baaki sab thik thak hai lekin 4,5 ghanta late hona normal hai aur fix hai 2 se 3 ghanta late chalna always 🤣

Ac coaches are totally bad ac coach gate is also break cleaning quality is not good washroom full of waste etc.

train punctuality is good but cleaness is no t perfect and food provided by irctc venders on high rate but quality of the food is not manageable and not good also

The toilet of the said train was smelling so bad and water was lying in the compartment. Train departed approx 1 hr. late from the starting station. Bad experience.

One of the worst train in case of timings, in last three year I have never seen this train reaching Ajmer or Sealdah on time always late by minimum 3 hrs maximum it can go up to 9 to 10 hrs. It's the only regular train directly reaching Ajmer and several pilgrims travelled through it however condition of this train is very poor in case of cleanliness. I recommend don't see it's pantry you ll vomit to see the way they keep food while distributing. Nothing against train and its staff but I tried to bring the reality what I have experienced till date.

It is worst experieence in this type of service in ac b3 the tea is worst .food was worst and what I tell u about the cleaness of the coach is so bad Tap is not working sorry to say pantry contract should be cancelled
