this was a very bad experience for me, this train was too late around more than 2 hours This train was not clean there is no water washbasin and toilet was extremely horrible, and they are not showing that help line number for complentas, for a support No TTR

food quality used to be good .. now it's very poor.. i was travelling on ha1. all co passengers including myself could not consume the food which they delivered. we with humour accepted the sambhar as diluted " colored water" with one piece of some vegetable in the entire packet.

Train should have arrangements to keep mobile phone charging. Now charging facilities is there but phone has to be kept hanging. Now

There will be lots of unhinged place I find. Nobody is there to clean bathrooms and Inside boogie no unhinged totally very bad please make our railway clean and hinged

Very poor Punctually, since the scheduled time was 20.05 and arrived at 22.00 (two hrs late).
