the coach quality of A3 coach was substandard and below expectation. The coach was unclean and had too much rattling sound which was distributing. The pantry staff had not cleaned the food of previous passengers and the coach attended was sleeping at Kota railway station.

not good food worst food quality of Tejas Rajdhani no tastes of sabji and Dal worst Dal ever full of water and panner was like not fried and pls give passages good food or if can't stop giving food . no worth of price . bad breakfast and sandwich was smelling bad.

there shouldn't be rac alloted in this premium trains as those having confirmed tickets are put in trouble on side lower berths. I was sharing my confirmed seat with rac traveling with two kids so finally sitting with 5people literally. Did I pay premium charges for this and as a senior citizen I was in trouble as wasn't able to sit properly.

Toilets are dirty, train delayed with 10 min.food was average, quality of chicken was not good and chapati was made long back and served to us.

Extremely unhappy with the plastic packaging and aluminum foil packaging food available.Plastic bottles sold in the train.Staff from the pantry asking for tip after thejourney from everyone which is not allowed

worst online food service.. your delivery boy wont come inside to deliver the food.. and yes I got my ticket without including food.. how come.. everyone got the food except me.. it's so disappointed. they don't provide me food and not even your online food order service get me a food here. I am hungry for whole day ????

Attendants were asking for tips, though it's been clearly advised by railways not to ask for tips. Quality of dinner is really bad , especially rotis. I suggest board of railway members , who approves these rotis, should try one more time randomly.

The food could be better and the space.in the train is very less and it seems to be less than normal AC 3 tier. These things need improvement.

The overall travel experience in Rajdhani Exp including Cleanliness / Staff Behavior/ Toilet convenience/ Food is horrible. I am feeling traveled with a third class train journey experience.
