At the last moment, our ticket from Surat to Nagpur got canceled and when we came to know that even after requesting the TT in the train, they did not help us and we had to return here with the little boy.That's not it, tt threatened to remove us from the train if we were going to take general ticket, he told us not to take it either and said that he will not get down for now and demanded money and neither gave us ticket nor any slip.

Train is getting late on every week. 2 3 HOURS is its average late. Cleaniness is also mot good. Handwash was not available during the entire journey.

there was no cleaning services seen during my journey. Train was late by hrs , supposed to reach by 6.20 am but it reached 11.30. But the saddest part is that after 7 pm no catering services provided not even tea also.

no pantry car, didn't get breakfast and evening snacks. let's no speak about punctuality. dinner had to be bought at 5pm due to absence of pantry car.

There is no pentry . I'm horrible of it. Because I'm planning to get the dinner in the train. I'm very disappointed. It's essential for train hoo running long and much distance between two station of Stop. There is no food no water in running train. Thanks..

Zero cleanliness, Poor toilet maintenance, coach is filled up with wait list passenger. Railway staff response is very harsh.

Train Bogi is very poor specialy Toilet & Wash basin area, its very risky the gate areas iron is jung my hand is cut down.

improvement ki zarurat hai. pantry car canteens wale customers ko loot rahe hai. jiski koi complaint nahi kiya jata

1) Quality of tea/ Coffee at stations or pantry is very poor like having hot sweet water with added flavor. 2) Bogies of weekly trains should be proper with efficient staff/ attendant. The coach temperature at initial journey hours made so cold that it was difficult to sit. At least 5-6 times I called attendant to lower increase temperature to make it comfortable to travel.
