very bad as the train is always 30 mins late as it stops at palghar station for half an hour so that vande bharat can pass.

vendors do not wear uniform. Do not carry tarrif card & charges arbitrary. keeps their utensils and legs on passengers seats. serves with dirty hands and attire.

third class train booking Wale passanger khade khade travel karte hai or ticket lekar log aa jate hai or wo reservation vale coach me seat par Beth jate hai or khade bhi nai hote or reservation coach me ander se kesi halat hai wo me photo attached karta hu dekho ek bar.

The compartment in which we were traveling was 12 to 15 years old. Cockroaches were moving freely inside the Coach. Seats were of very bad condition. Please replace this whole coach. The train was running late by 75 minutes.

I had a confirmed ticket on AC Chair car which was converted into WL ticket when chart was prepared. I was informed by Railway Staff that all of a sudden 2 AC chaircar coaches were removed and hence I had to cancell my schedule at last moment
