ac coch main gandagi hai hai to baki coch ka kya haal hoga....ek bhi housekeeping wala dikha hi nahi Puri train main..bad quality.....aur train bhi etani late hai chalati hai....food quality ka to puchoat 3rdcalas food quality se bhi bakwas hai food quality

there is no water in many taps toilets are not clean they have recruited many staffs as crews but no use, They can't manage anyone. many passengers are making disturbances like speaking loudly through out, whatching phones without head phones. switching on lights frequently at night. etc.. without a strict parameters in these issues there is no quality assured.

Too much unreserved crowd inside Reserved Sleeper coach and TC just ignored those crowd. Even unreserved crowd forcefully waked up to the reserved seat people to make them seating, it's just ridiculous, it's just promoting peoples to don't reserve tickets instead enter forcefully into reserved coach with general ticket or without ticket.

some of the station reach before schedule and waiting time was cover to carry on time departure. Instead kindly must put PASCHIM EXPRESS 12925-6 into premium range by reducing schedule running time upto 17 hrs MUMBAI - DELHI - MUMBAI. Shall divert more crowd between to mojar cities.

Lot of improvement required in cleaniliness particularly toilets. Rats and crocaroches run around in 3 rd AC compartment. Stinks around toilet areas. Train was not clean at the starting point only. Need to work hard..

It would be better if you work on feedback becoz this Is juz lik tick mark activity. Toilets in train can hardly be used. People smoke inside they drink inside no one is checking. How can u even think of asking food quality you must be kidding. If u need an answer for this once u prepare food and u think of serving passengers taste it, you will drop the plan only if you guys are concerned with passengers health which I don't think becoz this won't be the first time passengers complaining about all this issues.

tt from Ratlam name dharmendra who is saying that he works in itf is very foolish person who misbehave with women and also tak the money from poor people without giving any permanent or valid slip. very bad experience. shame on you IRCTC for your such kind of workers.

one of toilet in S3 coach at seat 72 side was choaked, the cleaning staff was there around Surat, but the did not bother to clean. few charging points in S2 COACH needs repair. thanks over all good journey. goplani surender

Sleeper class bogies were just ordinary class bogies. Passengers with unreserved tickets intruded and it was quite difficult to reach toilets. TTE took no interest in stopping such unauthorized passengers. What's the fun of reservation in advance?

This was the worst train experience. Minus 10 rating on cleanliness. Dirty bathrooms, dirty cabins. This train is only for the STAFF persons. No matter in which class u are sitting, the so called train Staff comes and take your seat by saying that we r allowed to sit or sleep in the passengers seat. I was in 2 tier AC class, traveling from Bandra to Ambala. Kerala sampark kranti is far more better than this Staff oriented dirty train. This was my 1st nd last travel in this train,

my experience was good... but I can't get confirmed reservation seat... I was apply for reservation before a month but they not give me confirmed seat... that was very bad service...... train service was good... punctuality is better.

The train was one hour late. I was overcharged for food. The morning breakfast of Upma was bad.The tea was horrible. But saving grace was Nestea which was good.So three stars for that nestea.Compartment attendant was punctual so four stars.One less because the cabin was toooo cold.
