It felt that Less attention is given to Tatkal passengers. 3AC it was sweating for first 2-3 hrs later on improved .No food available hence not taken.

wash room was very smelly. no proper water taps. attendent was lazy man. ringing Bell but never came. while I was at Dadar station at last stop and as a senior citizen I was in his need for my luggage but he didn't appear.

There was no police personnel on the train for checking. The ticket checker also comes in the middle of the night. There will be a lot of people who'll be traveling with waiting and local tickets.

all thing is good, but yes IRCTC need to update the quality of food nd taste tooo. Tea is also having just water nothing else, wrost teaaa

No photography but Gujratmail train are superb Quality.This Train Need & Clean.Gujrat ki shaan Hai GujratMail.I m Not eating food Inside train Food quality are Not knowledge.Thanks

The Ahmedabad platform No.7 where the train was parked for the passengers was smelling badly & platform need to clean up regularly

Both side wash rooms (toilets) both Indian/Western style are dirty and not cleaned properly. It is really wonder how it seems away from Railways attention. This is not first time I am traveling by this train. Everytime I am noticing the same situation. This happens in 12901 train also.

There are too much jerks in the compartments when the train is stopping at station or about to leave the station. Passengers get afraid. Please protect from this. Compartments are new and good. But the Windows which are bigger in size open only half from both sides for which ventilation of the air is disrupted.

3RD CLASS TRAIN. NO WATER SUPPLY IN WASHROOM. PEOPLE GOT ANGRY DUE TO BAD SERVICE . PEOPLE IN ORNING RUNING FOR WATER HERE N THERE BECAUSE RAILWAY FAIL TO FILL WATER IN TRAIN. SHAME ON INDIAN RAILWAY.

No catering pl. pl have some option for this pl. Every thing has changed under Modi Govt. Thanks to Piyush Goel sb. such cleaniness , such attitude of Rly staff is an drastic changes where all passenger will have to appreciate. All trains , stations are very very clean. Thanks once again to Modi Govt ji. staff behaviour superb.

toilet flush valve not operating properly, and sound comes out from wheel tomuch.Also no any checker comes for checking.
