bathrooms are so dirty. no neatness. and no use of taking AC TICKETS. there is no difference between non AC and ac coach bathrooms.

worst staff and no helping nature at all .... no water in train until kachiguda arrives .... I've travelled so many destinations via trains but never seen train like this while starting and stopping at stations it's moving like very weird and awkward....Try to change engine or loco pilot please.... Punctuality wonderful and staff is asking for money this is not at all acceptable

what's wrong with this train. it's so delayed by 4 hours. name of this train is superfast express but no justice for the name. so disappointed.

There are people who harasses girls in your train please take care of it. if it repeat again it will be difficult to teenegers to travel.

my H1 C-7,8,9 cabin was not cleaned. there was lots of rubbish in the cabin.
At around 12.00am there was no water in the toilet.
The train was delayed by almost 90mins.

it's just like general no reservation needed and people are sitting in reservation bogi and not bothering for reservation people and not giving my reservation seats we supposed to sit in my seat near 5 people's

waste of money but only daily train general compartment is better than reservation compartment every one gets in as they have reserved seats but no prover cleaness

3 star for reaching 1 hour late in nizamuddin. toilets not cleaned. and all local passangers travelled in sleeper coach which become train fully packed. TT not available in the train. worse system.
